Mindful movement AND time on the water? Yes please! Join this 60-75 minute yoga session with standup paddle boards (SUPs) on Caribou Lake led by Rachael of True Earth Yoga.

Beat the heat with this AWESOME summer activity for ALL LEVELS.

Paddle board yoga (also known as SUP Yoga) is a unique way to connect with your balance while out on the water. We will move slooowwwllllyy and with intention. Trust me, you can do this!

We will meet at the boat launch on Caribou Lake near Lutsen. This is 5 miles up the Caribou Trail from Highway 61 (turn by the fire department).

Class is $15 if you bring your own board and $25 if you rent one of mine. Sign up for class based on if you're bringing or using a board.

What to wear? That's up to you. You can practice in a swimsuit or comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting wet.

You must bring a PFD (personal flotation device, lifejacket) and read and sign the waiver before class. You only have to complete the waiver once for the summer.

I'M SO EXCITED!! This is going to be so much fun and I can't wait to practice and have some fun with you.

When you arrive, we will do a group breath practice (pranayama) and go over general safety with SUP yoga. You will set an intention for your practice and learn tools to connect authentically with nature during the session. Then, we'll hit the water! While on the water, your instructor will guide you through moving and breathing mindfully with a mixture of yoga poses (asana) and opportunities to improve balance and mindfulness.
