Identifying and developing our natural talents into strengths has a tremendous impact on our work and our personal lives. Did you know that when people have the opportunity to focus on their strengths every day they are six times more likely to be engaged in their jobs and three times more likely to report an excellent overall quality of life? (Rath, 2007).

What are your strengths and how can they help you bring your best you forward? In this session, we will explore your strengths and the power they possess. Through various activities you’ll discover how to grow them into vital assets that enrich your personal, work, and community lives.

Join us for this 3-hour session where we will look at what enables communities and individuals to thrive. Together we will dig into your strengths and how you can apply each of your strengths more fully, draw on them for fulfillment, and bring out the best in yourself (and others).

**Prior to the session, we would like you to take the Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment to identify your top five strengths. Please purchase your own copy of StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath or StrengthsBased Leadership by Rath and Conchi which come with a unique code to take the online assessment.
Please come to the workshop with your top 5 strengths and your CliftonStrengths
