Title Processor

Summary/Objective
Our title processor is responsible for the day-to-day creation of preliminary reports, title policies, corrections, guarantees, and the like. S/He must follow all guidelines established by the department supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Establishes and maintains supervisor-approved procedures to ensure a constant, orderly, and efficient workflow
• Engages in all facets of production within the department
• Maintains above average production levels
• Understands all functions of the word processing system, including updates as applied
• Pulls work as needed by date or as otherwise delegated by supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
